Two things on this page are settled and are stated below: what the published material is, and whose marks appear on it. The formal Terms of Use are being prepared by a qualified legal adviser.
Photography
BABEL publishes no photographs of its own operations, vessels, warehouses, staff or cargo. The photographs on this site are industry imagery: they illustrate the trade, and none of them is a picture of a BABEL operation or a BABEL shipment. The illustrations are drawn in the BABEL brand language and are not photographs of anything.
Third-party marks
The producer names and logos shown on this site identify the origin of the material. Each mark is the property of the company that owns it and is reproduced unaltered.
What governs a sale
Specifications, grades, packing and classification are subject to the final sales contract, the Certificate of Analysis issued for each shipment, and the applicable requirements of the destination country.
HS classification is given for guidance. Final tariff classification is determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
